Our body's cells are made up of 99% water molecules. Therefore, they require high-quality water. The EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) even recommends drinking 2 liters of water per person per day! Unfortunately, today's tap water is stagnant, oxidized, low in energy, often contains pollutant residues (chlorine, corrosion, pesticides, etc.), and the water in most plastic bottles contains an average of 325 plastic microparticles/L and hormone disruptors. Moreover, the carbon footprint of plastic bottles is high: 150 kg CO2/year/person.
